Phones4Education currently provide different levels of support dependant on your requirements and budget.
Which one is for you?
Deciding whether or not to have maintenance at all should not be in question, it is an essential outgoing.
Most primary schools will opt for full on-site support as for their size this option is great value for money.
Larger sites with 20+ extensions may opt for partial on-site service which normally covers the system and up to 5 handsets. This is ideal for sites where many handsets are basic and therefore cheaper to maintain yourselves.
Most sites can now benefit from some kind of remote assistance, however secondary schools and further education sites seem to be making most use of this service.
All Phones4Education customers supplied with a new telephone system will receive unlimited telephone and email support with all support packages purchased.

We understand that installing a new telephone system to your premises is only the beginning of our service to you. With this in mind, our engineers are trained on all the products we provide and on other customer facing roles including product training and after-sales advice.

Every client will receive their own personal account manager and local engineer who will be their main point of contact throughout their time as a customer of Phones4Education. Should a fault arise both the office and field based contact will be able to assist in solving the issue.

Additional Works ...
At any one time many schools and colleges will require labour intensive work to be carried out on their telephone system such as, Cat5 and Cat6 structured cabling, additional handsets and full or partial upgrades. There is obviously a cost involved which is not covered by a maintenance contract, therefore all additional works will be invoiced seperately. For a site survey and free quotation click here.
Relocations ...
Occasionally a school or college will relocate it's entire campus to a new site or re-house it's staff and offices into temporary accommodation whilst building work commences. From experience even the simplest and straight forward plans can miss their deadline by months. We therefore offer a full project managed solution whereby telephone lines can be reconnected, telephone calls can be redirected and telephone systems can be relocated.
