One of the most common problems our project managers face is working to imposssible deadlines. Any telecoms company requires a minimum of 10 working days to move you from your current provider, this timescale increases dramatically dependant on whether additional lines and services are also required. Remember, an order is easy to delay but impossible to demand!
Many providers will offer entry level agreements starting at a minimum of 12 months. Phones4Education however, offers with it's standard package a minimum contract period of only 6 months due to our belief that our superior network support, and unbeatable prices dictate that a happy customer has no reason to move to our competition.
Every client will receive their own personal account manager and local engineer who will be their main point of contact throughout their time as a customer of Phones4Education. Should a fault arise both the office and field based contact will be able to assist in solving the issue.
